On August 27 (local time) — the second day of Intersolar South America — OSDA SOLAR, located at Booth W1.16 of the São Paulo Expo (Norte Pavilion), focused on the Brazilian residential PV market as its core focus, comprehensively showcasing its technological innovation achievements and long-term strategic plans in this field, further releasing a signal of deepening its presence in the core Latin American market.
According to data from authoritative industry reports, during the period 2022-2030, the compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of Brazil’s residential energy storage market will exceed 15%, continuing to solidify its position as the largest incremental market in Latin America. On the energy side, residential systems account for 69.2% of distributed PV installations. In 2024, Brazil’s newly added energy storage installed capacity reached 269 MWh (a year-on-year increase of 29%), emerging as a core driver of market growth and demonstrating strong demand potential.
In response to the specific needs of the Brazilian market, OSDA SOLAR highlighted the launch of its 3-10kW single-phase grid-tied inverters at this exhibition. This product boasts two core advantages: on one hand, it flexibly adapts to the mainstream residential scenarios in Brazil, meeting the daily power generation and grid-connection needs of household users; on the other hand, its design takes diverse application scenarios into full consideration and supports flexible parallel operation functionality — whether for small-capacity residential installations or medium-to-large-scale industrial and commercial deployments, optimized configuration can achieve dual improvements in space utilization and power generation efficiency, providing efficient solutions for different user groups. In addition, OSDA SOLAR also showcased its independently developed low-voltage single-phase energy storage inverters at the exhibition site. With an IP66 protection rating and a maximum operating temperature tolerance of 60°C, this product can easily withstand the complex high-temperature and high-humidity local environment in Brazil, ensuring stable equipment operation and further demonstrating the brand’s product R&D capabilities tailored to regional environments.
Looking ahead, deepening localized layout in Brazil has become a key strategic direction for OSDA SOLAR. Zhang Hongyan, Chairman of OSDA SOLAR, emphasized: "Brazil is a market of great significance in OSDA SOLAR’s global strategy, and we have a deep insight into the urgent needs and expectations of Brazilian households for clean, economical and green energy." She further stated that OSDA SOLAR will advance the localization process through two major initiatives: on one hand, it will continue to increase investment in technological R&D and iterate more adaptive PV products based on the needs of the Brazilian market; on the other hand, it will upgrade the localized service system to improve the efficiency of product delivery, installation guidance and after-sales response. Ultimately, it aims to provide Brazilian households with more high-quality, efficient and cost-effective PV solutions, helping Brazil achieve its green and low-carbon energy transition goals.
During the exhibition, OSDA SOLAR’s Booth W1.16 will be open throughout the event. Industry partners and household users are welcome to visit and exchange ideas, and gain in-depth understanding of its PV-storage products and localized strategic layout.
