On August 26 (local time), OSDA SOLAR made a high-profile appearance at Intersolar South America (Brazil Solar Show) with its integrated PV-storage solutions, located at Booth W1.16.
At this exhibition, OSDA SOLAR launched the OSDA N MAX 730W large-format module to the Latin American market for the first time, and officially released the cutting-edge 0BB (Zero Busbar) technology for the Brazilian and broader Latin American markets, becoming the center of attention at the event.
0BB (Zero Busbar) technology is a cutting-edge innovation in the photovoltaic industry. By reducing the number of busbars on solar cells, it significantly improves the photoelectric conversion efficiency of modules. Taking the OSDA N MAX 730W module as an example, its conversion efficiency has reached 23.5%, and under the same light conditions, its power generation capacity is more than 15% higher than that of traditional modules.
The zero-busbar design not only shortens the internal current transmission path of solar cells, reducing internal resistance and energy loss, but also simultaneously enhances the overall performance and operational stability of the module. In addition, 0BB technology adopts more advanced welding processes, which reduces the number of welding points. This fundamentally lowers the risk of failures caused by welding defects, significantly extends the service life of the module, and provides solid support for the long-term stable operation of photovoltaic projects.
On the first day of the exhibition, an award ceremony for EUPD's "Top PV Brand" was held at OSDA SOLAR's booth. A leader from EUPD personally presented the certificate to OSDA SOLAR and spoke highly of the company: "OSDA SOLAR has won unanimous recognition from Brazilian end-users and installers with its outstanding product reliability, comprehensive after-sales service and continuous technological innovation." Meanwhile, OSDA SOLAR held a grand signing ceremony with ALDO, a well-known Brazilian PV integrator, formally securing a procurement order for 200MW of OSDA N Series 610W modules. At the signing ceremony, a representative from ALDO stated: "We chose OSDA SOLAR because of its excellent product quality and strong technical capabilities. In the Brazilian market, OSDA SOLAR's modules have long been renowned for their high efficiency, high reliability and outstanding performance.
