Recently, Shirley Zhang, Chairman of Osda Solar, was invited to attend the "2025 Ningbo Entrepreneurs' Day & Top 100 Enterprises Award Ceremony". She won the title of "the 24th Outstanding Entrepreneur of Ningbo" in recognition of her innovative practices and industry contributions in the new energy sector. This award not only represents high recognition of Chairman Zhang Hongyan's personal leadership, but also confirms Osda Solar's benchmark status as a national high-tech enterprise and a key "Little Giant" enterprise.
Having rooted in Ningbo for 16 years, Chairman Zhang Hongyan has led Osda Solar to grow in line with the "Ningbo Business Spirit", transforming the company from a startup into a provider of integrated smart energy solutions serving over 150 countries worldwide. She has thanked the government for its support on multiple occasions, saying, "In the early stage of the company's establishment, we relied on policy support to overcome difficulties; with the help of government platforms, we have made Osda's 'sun' (new energy products) shine across the globe."
"Innovation" runs through the development of Osda Solar. The company has evolved from selling photovoltaic modules to independently researching, developing and producing photovoltaic cells, modules and energy storage inverters, and further to providing customized integrated optical storage solutions. It is among the world's earliest manufacturers to deploy TOPCon technology, and now has four major production bases and R&D and sales centers in more than ten countries.
In the future, Osda Solar will follow the "dual-carbon" mission and the call of the "Belt and Road Initiative", and continue to contribute more to Ningbo's economy and the country's "dual-carbon" goals.
