On April 9,2025,a delegation from Ghana's Ministry of Energy and Ministry of Finance visited the Linyi production base of Osda Solar for an inspection tour.During the visit,both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on cooperation in the field of new energy and formally signed an exclusive new energy cooperation agreement with a duration of 10 years.This collaboration not only marks a significant breakthrough for Osda Solar in the international market but will also inject new momentum into Ghana's energy transition and the development of its educational infrastructure.

During the visit,the Ghanaian delegation toured Osda Solar'exhibition hall,the integrated photovoltaic(PV)and energy storage charging canopy,and the production workshop.They gained a detailed understanding of the company's technological research and development achievements,product range,and advanced manufacturing processes.The PV modules,inverters,and energy storage products showcased by Osda Solar received high praise for their high efficiency,stability,and innovative design.

According to the cooperation agreement,over the next decade,both parties plan to construct solar power stations for 200 schools across Ghana,utilizing Osda Solar'integrated solution products(PV modules,inverters,and energy storage products,etc.).This initiative aims to improve the electricity supply of Ghanaian schools using clean energy,promote the modernization of the local educational environment,and support Ghana's sustainable energy development goals.

Zhang Linhai,the head of energy storage at Osda Solar,stated that this cooperation is an important step for the company in fulfilling its mission of green energy and a recognition of its technological capabilities and product quality.By closely collaborating with the Ghanaian government,the company will further expand its presence in the international market and enhance its brand influence.

An official from Ghana's Ministry of Energy said that this cooperation is an integral part of Ghana's energy strategy.By introducing advanced new energy technologies,Ghana will accelerate the popularization of clean energy,reduce its dependence on traditional energy sources,and lay a solid foundation for sustainable development
