The Nigeria Power and Energy Exhibition is the leading energy event in West Africa, one of Africa's largest international trade fairs dedicated to energy, electricity, renewable energy, and electrical sectors. The exhibition was held from February 20th to 22nd, 2024, at the Landmark Centre in Lagos. Austa, a brand under Osda, showcased N-type TOPCon high-efficiency photovoltaic modules; energy storage system solutions, and portable photovoltaic storage system solutions, brilliantly appearing at the event.

According to World Bank data, in 2020, over 55% of Nigeria's population had access to electricity, although higher than the sub-Saharan Africa's average of 48%, it is still far below the global average of 90%. In 2023, the Nigerian government planned to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2060 and implement the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals by 2030, ensuring 100% electricity access for all Nigerians. Over the past five years, Nigeria's off-grid solar market has grown at an annual average rate of 22%, making it one of the fastest-growing countries in Africa. Strong demand for alternative power sources due to grid failures and recent government support policies for solar power facilities have driven robust growth in the country's photovoltaic market.

In the module section, Austa continues to uphold its consistent spirit of innovation and high-quality standards. The flagship product AU series 580W N-type TOPCon high-efficiency photovoltaic modules exhibit outstanding performance, stable quality, and efficient power generation capabilities, becoming one of the hot products at the exhibition targeting the local commercial and industrial photovoltaic market. To meet the widespread household demand in Nigeria, Osda showcased two small modules of 265W and 200W. These small modules not only have higher power generation efficiency but also easy installation, meeting the needs of local household photovoltaic systems.

was officially launched. As of February 2024, the highest conversion efficiency of AU series N-type TOPCon modules in mass production can reach 23.02%. Higher conversion efficiency, higher bifaciality, and lower attenuation increase the full-cycle electricity generation of the modules. Choosing Austa's N-type TOPCon modules will provide strong guarantees for customers' station investments to achieve greater returns and profits in the future.
