On September 20, H.E. Chhorn Sour, Minister of the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training of the Kingdom of Cambodia, led a delegation to Ningbo for business visits and industrial exchange dialogues. The event was organized by Ningbo Zhongji Huitong, with the Cambodian Textile Association participating. Discussions centered on the clean energy transition of industrial parks in Cambodia. Zhang Hongyan, Chairman of OSDA Solar, accompanied the delegation during the visit and research.
As industrialization advances steadily in Cambodia, green and low-carbon transition has become a core driver for the high-quality development of local economic zones. Cambodia plans to launch pilot programs in economic zones with PV power stations. It aims to leverage integrated solar-storage solutions to cut park energy costs and consolidate the energy foundation for industrial growth.
During the forum, Zhang Hongyan, Chairman of OSDA Solar, held in-depth strategic discussions with the delegation. Drawing on OSDA’s practical experience in solar-storage projects for Southeast Asian industrial parks, he expressed the company’s willingness to support local energy upgrading in Cambodia. OSDA Solar presented its global footprint and full‑chain delivery capacity covering PV modules and energy storage systems. Tailored for Cambodian project requirements, OSDA prepared project proposals, country market research reports and complete product documentation. The commercial and technical team carried out dedicated alignment for two pilot models: one-time full construction and phased capacity expansion, comparing the features of each implementation route to provide professional references for follow-up project advancement.
This exchange marks an important milestone for new-energy industry collaboration between China and Cambodia. It effectively strengthened mutual trust and built a bridge for pragmatic cooperation. Facing the fast-growing clean energy market across Southeast Asia, OSDA Solar will give full play to its comprehensive technical and supply-chain strengths in integrated solar-storage systems. We will keep optimizing customized solutions adapted to local operating conditions, actively advance site surveys, support the green upgrade of local industrial parks, and contribute to building the China-Cambodia community with a shared future through clean energy partnerships.
