Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning, the base’s middle and senior management gather promptly, kicking off their morning jog with full enthusiasm. From the main campus roads to the tree-lined trails, the team runs with vigorous strides, cheering each other on. These morning jog sessions not only offer managers a chance to unwind and communicate openly, but also quietly foster stronger team collaboration in a relaxed atmosphere.
