First of all, all participants took a collective oath, demonstrating their commitment to craftsmanship and efficiency. Following the oath, Mr. Zhang, Director of the Manufacturing Center, signed a mass production pledge, clarifying target responsibilities and officially kicking off the mass production campaign.
Under the watchful eyes of all attendees, President Rick Xie announced the official launch of the new high-efficiency cell production line! This marked the base’s full transition to large-scale production. President Xie then signed the first cell as a memento, immortalizing this pivotal moment.
As a core production hub in the Yangtze River Delta, the base focuses on N-type technology and has built a 432-mu green smart factory compliant with Industry 4.0 standards, with factory buildings and auxiliary facilities covering approximately 208,000 square meters. It has achieved intelligent manufacturing upgrades through full-process robotic operations (with a yield rate of 99.9%), digital twins, and distributed photovoltaic systems (a “zero-carbon factory”), striking a win-win balance between product competitiveness and carbon emission reduction.
Boasting the advantage of being a new energy hub in the Yangtze River Delta, the base, together with the bases in Ningbo and Linyi, forms a “global R&D + regional manufacturing” layout. It covers the domestic market, radiates to Southeast Asia, and responds rapidly to global demand.
The launch of mass production is a new starting point. OSDA Solar will take this base as a fulcrum to deepen N-type technology innovation and intelligent manufacturing, and empower the global energy transition with “Made-in-China Intelligent Manufacturing”.
